Sawyer's preschool graduation

Sawyer had his preschool graduation last night May 16th. He went to Happy Hearts preschool and his teacher was Teacher Nisha. She is the best! Sawyer says he likes that she is nice. He was asked what he wants to be when he grows up his response was he wants to be a bowler....just like his dad. He had a little program and then was given a scrapbook of the year. There is a pic of Sawyer in a cap and gown, when he saw that he told his dad "I'm a genius!". He is a crack up. Now he is heading for kindergarten but I can't go there now. I'll have to deal with that when the time comes.

John's Birthday

John's birthday was May 15th. He got home from work and we surprised him with some gifts. He got some under armour shirts and a new watch. We then went to dinner and ice-cream at Leatherbys. The food was delicious but the ice-cream is always the best. Tracys peanut butter cup YUM! It's vanilla ice-cream with hot fudge and peanut butter sauce. So good. I'm just glad we don't live closer. We would be in trouble. I think he had a pretty good day.
I am so very grateful to have John as my loving husband and father to my kids. He seems to be able to calm me down when I'm freaking out (usually over dumb stuff). He keeps me active, we play indoor soccer together and are now on a softball team together. He is so athletic and that has luckily been passed on to our boys. He can have conversations with complete strangers without batting an eye. I wish I was more like that. He is such a great father, the boys adore him and he is so involved in their lives. Couldn't ask for anyone better! So grateful I will be able to spend eternity with him.

Crazy Hair Day

The boys had a crazy hair day at school. This is my only chance I will be able to braid or put my children's hair in pony tails. "Sigh"

Mother's Day

Mother's Day is bitter sweet for me. I miss my mom immensely, but am so very grateful for my "bonus" moms that are in my life now. Merna and Gayla. They are both so loving and such great examples to me as how to be a mom myself. I'm also so very grateful to be a mom to my 3 beautiful boys. So blessed.
Conner had a "Ma Spa" at his school, the Friday before Mother's Day, where he painted my toenails and fingernails, we wrote some things about each other, he gave me a massage, and we put a picture together of me and the words that describe me. It was a fun afternoon. Sawyer made me a necklace that I wore to church and John and the boys made breakfast for me that morning that was yummy. I got to go to Relief Society (I am now in the Primary I teach 9/10 year olds) and they gave us cheesecake. We then had John's family over for Mother's Day/May birthdays dinner. It was a very good day.

Catching up

I have some catching up to do so bear with me.
John went to a rugby camp up in Clearfield. He loved it. He met the UofU rugby team and made some impressions on some people. Here are some pics of that day.
