First day of school 2011

Ok so I'm a week late, but better late then never. They both are going to the new school. Thunder Ridge Elementary. John is going into 6th grade and has Mrs Jenson. Conner is going into 3rd grade and has Mrs Salzman. So far they both love the school and their teachers. We will see when they get their homework this week.

I'm in trouble with this one....

Yesterday I was walking past the boys bathroom and noticed that Sawyer was peeing on the floor. I freaked out and yelled at him to stop peeing on the floor. Turned him towards the toilet and spanked his butt. I then asked why he was peeing on the floor. He simply stated that he was trying to kill a spider. I then tried to explain that we should step on spiders to kill them and not by peeing on them. Oh the logic of a 4 year old. I am soooo in trouble with this one.

Boys camping trip

So every year John and the boys go camping. They go to Current Creek and have a blast! This year Sawyer was old enough to go. They got up there and set up and Sawyer caught the first fish. He even ended up catching 4 fish total that night. Bubba caught 5, Conner caught 3, and John caught 1 (but that is all he could cuz he was helping the boys catch all of theirs.) I do have to say that the one he did catch was the coolest, it even had a scar. They had alot of fun and can't wait to go next year.

St George Trip

Ok Ok so I'm really late with this post but oh well. My sisters, nieces, and I went to St George for a fun filled weekend trip. The only downside was we all wished we could have stayed one more day. We had so much fun dancing, eating, watching movies, our swim aerobics "class", and of course shopping. And I tell ya if you ever want to feel better about yourself go on a trip with a bunch of other women you adore and respect that will always lift you up! I REALLY needed that trip.
